You thought I had forgotten about you, didn’t you??

No, not at all. I have just been caught up in the Holiday rush and winter darkness, and it is difficult to inspire others to be mindful when oneself isn’t inspired. And it is usually when you need it the most it is the hardest. Why is that, I wonder?

But we just need to get going again, not? So I want to share with you some simple tips for becoming/being mindful, written by someone that knows much more about it than me, namely Leo Babauta of Zen Habits.

It is a very straightforward approach to meditation, and I can highly recommend it.

I also want to share a list of music I am listening to on repeat at the moment. Music is for me a huge source of inspiration, and helps with my mood. What are you listening to?
